Neo-ice EQ Bandage
A simple tool for reducing horse recovery times for competition, rehabilitation and first-aid.
The product is a treated cotton-crepe bandage that can be applied with (or without)
compression.
Once in place, the bandage treatment begins to evaporate immediately, drawing heat out
from the limb. The combination of cooling and compression is effective in inhibiting swelling.
No refrigeration is required to use this product - it cools by evaporation driven by the heat
of the horse leg to which it is applied. This reduces limb temperatures by between 8-10°C
for a total period of up to 2-3 hours, and can be left in place until depleted or used as part
of cyclic rehabilitation programs (i.e. 20 minute hot – cold cycles). Bandage size = 10cm
x 4m (stretched). Weight 150g. Dimensions: 180 x 50 x 60 mm.

Recharge Solution. The "Ice-Pack" provides convenience and economy - convenience as
the pre-diluted and pre-measured Recharge Solution sachets means no measuring or
mixing needs to be done in order to reactivate the bandages; and economy as with 8 full 2
hour applications in each Pack, the unit cost per application is a third that of individual
bandages.
